U.S. Bottlers Electronic Gravity Bottle Filler – Zalkin Capper fills and caps rigid containers (typically glass or plastic), to a consistent level. The US Bottlers’ EL-G Filler is designed specifically for accurately filling containers to a specified level, using solenoid-activated valves and has programmable valve control for flexibility to fill containers in various sequences at controllable angles. The onboard operator panel controls all electrical and pneumatic operations. The electronic deck receives operational data and issues operational commands. Information the machine monitors collects during the filling cycle then transmits to the operator panel for display. 

The unit’s main drive train is a motor and gearbox combination, directly coupled to the discharge star shaft, that provides torque to the infeed star shaft and the turret.
