ADCO Tray Erector – Tray Former Model AF25-2 EC
The ADCO Tray Erector – Tray Former Model AF25-2 EC forms trays from simple die-cut blank. Tray planks are loaded into an incline hopper where the blanks are picked by vacuum cups mounted on a reciprocating mechanical arm. The arm places the blanks on the forming frame and the plunger punches the blank through the forming frame as glue is applied. Tabs, corner posts, end panels, and lid are folded up and pressed into place to make a finished tray. Trays are then blown off of the plunger by a blast of air where it falls onto the out-feed conveyor. This unit has never been used and is on the original factory skid.
