The Linker Bottle Rinser Filler Capper Tri-Block is designed to simplify your bottling line by combining the bottle rinser, filler, and capper into a single space saving machine. The entire bottling process is carried out continuously in a fully enclosed safety interlocked chamber. This used Tri-Block Bottle Filler is a gravity fill design for non-carbonated beverages and was last running 600ml PET round beverage bottles with 26.7mm plastic screw caps. The system consists of a 60 station Rinser, 72 valve Bottle Filler and 20 head Capper operating Left to Right (Clockwise), Linker Cap Sorter Feeder, change parts for 600ml PET bottles, full safety guarding and Infeed Air Conveyor Section with pull through conveyor section. The unit was designed for accurate and sanitary filling of non-carbonated products into bottles.
