MicroBlend Beverage Processing System

MicroBlend Deaeration Carbonating and Blending System

MicroBlend Deaeration technology greatly reduces oxygen and nitrogen levels in the blended product, down as low as parts-per-billion levels. Multi-stream Blending is achieved using Micro-Motion Mass Flow Meters allowing for multiple streams of flavors and ingredients more accurately to the finished product. In-Line Carbonating feature allows users to carbonate product to a specified volume of CO2 set at the touch panel. The ILC measures incoming GPM, temperature, pressure, and required CO2 volume; then calculates the amount of CO2 needed to be injected through a sparging tube into the product while controlling backpressure. This system also includes a Maselli Brix Analyzer upgrade.
